Fright Nights at Playland is Western Canada’s Scariest Haunt. Each year the theme park introduces new attractions and characters to generate more excitement and interest for new and returning visitors. This year the park promoted its characters with a simple online social contest that ran before and during the 2 week attraction.
The contest contained a series of questions to determine which character had similar qualities as the entrant. The design included teaser images of each character and then full size images with character descriptions after the contest form was completed. Entrants were then invited to share their character result on Social Media and invite their friends to enter.
